Hotel a Rio Oso

“I was very impressed with this hotel. It was clean and well kept inside and outside. I think the maintenance man's was David. He was always friendly and helpful and always working. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful My room was clean. Breakfast were delicious. Thank You La Quinta Staff!”

“We were visiting in town to visit some family in Yuba City and found this hotel that was perfect for a weekend stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space and all was good. The only down fall there was is that the sink would clog up fast and when trying to see what was as in there’s it look like hairs and mold. As well seen a old molded muffin under one of the tables in the room looks like it had been there for awhile. After leaving the last day I did inform that to the front desk about...

“The lobby to check in smelt SO awful I tried not to pass out from holding my breathe. The ac in the rooms are so loud. The bed was hard as a rock. We ended up leaving an hr after check in.”

“The motel was in good shape and clean ... however, they did not come in and empty the trash, change the towels nor make the beds, and when we asked about it, they said they didn't do that because we needed to request them to do that! ???”

“Booked these rooms for my family who were in town for my daughter’s graduation. No complaints from my family. I’m currently waiting for a refund. But Expedia is saying “it’s the property’s responsibility for the refund”. But the property is saying it’s “Expedia’s responsibility”. So in basically in “hurry up and wait” mode”
